Cerro Alegre in RVF

"The ceviche being a South American dish, I am tempted to offer you a beautiful expression of a Chilean sauvignon blanc. The grape is very popular in this country, but many not go beyond the varietal dimension. I suggest you try the wonderful Cerro Alegre 2014 of Stefano Gandolini at the Ventolera winery. This Sauvignon comes from the beautiful granite soils of the Leyda Valley, on the coastal part of Chile. Fermented in vats, the wine has this beautiful spice and mineral length befitting well the ceviche."
